Rand Paul is a libertarian, not a paleocon.
Ted Cruz actually called for more defense spending in his presidential campaign.
As for the others, simply voting against the 2015 NDAA can just as easily be seen as being typically anti-Obama.

Well, I didn't say my list was all inclusive - there's a lot that separates neocons, paleocons, and libertarians
Most paleocons and neocons want more surveillance on people with Muslim or Arabic heritage.
