With Ernst "effectively taking herself out" as she has stated that she wants to concentrate on her work in her state as Senator. It goes on to say that she is committed to getting Trump elected and providing him with her support in the Senate. Someone just told me that Ernst wants Pence to be the choice.

Corker just said he was taking himself out.

Sounds to me like it coming together! Trump for the win!

I think he is looking at people for ALL positions at this point to get a plan on how to lay out his cabinet so it is working machine.

How do you see that announcement as positive for Trump? It looks to me like rats abandoning a sinking ship.

Well, based on ALL media accounts, the only person Donald has actually listened to and the only person who directed him to take an action that he actually followed is Ivanka. She told him that it was either Corey or her and Donald fired Corey.

Poor Donald, still trying to impress Ivanka, even though he knows he can't date her.

Pence will be the next to drop out, hard to see him giving up the Gov. spot.

That leaves Christie, Gingrich, Sessions.
And he seems to be looking at Lt Gen. Michael Flynn, who would probably accept but would be a disaster on the campaign trail - at least in terms of speaking skills. Flynn would better serve Trump as a candidate for Secy of Defense.

Wow, the number of people dropping out of the trump veepstakes is mounting. Hard to believe soooo many people don't want to do the job for him, if elected, or don't want to taint their futures by running with him. Bummer!
