CNBC also had a transcript of this exchange, taken from CLOSED CAPTIONING. Guess it takes a lawyer to see the fine lines between extremely careless (O used the term too, a couple of months ago) and intent. As Gowdy acknowl;edges, intent extremely difficult to prove, but enough circumstancial evidence can do it.
