I had one a few months back that I mostly aligned with Sanders and then Trump. Now it is Clinton 85%, Sanders 82, Stein 78%, Trump 63% and Johnson 62%. I side 85% with Hillary Clinton
I ran it 3 times with minimal changes each time and got somewhat different results.
Although it did list Centrist for all three.
1st time I didn't bother with the importance factor, but answered all the questions.
Results:
Sanders 81%
Jill Stein 80%
Hillary Clinton 76%
Gary Johnson 73%
Donald Trump 64%
2nd time I adjusted for importance and answered all the questions.
Results:
Gary Johnson 76%
Bernie Sanders 75%
Hillary Clinton 73%
Jill Stein 73%
Donald Trump 68%
3rd time I just answered my most important questions and marked them as such.
Results:
Gary Johnson 79%
Bernie Sanders 77%
Jill Stein 73%
Hillary Clinton 66%
Donald Trump 60%
Then when I scrolled down to "the support for my political beliefs" map the only consistent results were Colorado Springs & Wyoming staying red (stronger support) throughout.
The first two times Idaho was completely red, but on the 3rd was part yellow (somewhat strong) & part green (average).
Columbus went from red in the 1st two results to light blue (somewhat weaker) by the 3rd. I looked up a few other places I've called home and they were all over the map.
Also the map had the widest range of locations of support on the 3rd attempt over the other two.
Conclusions...who knows?
Edit: Repeated 2nd attempt (answering all question & marking level of importance) with the results:
Gary Johnson 86%
Bernie Sanders 76%
Jill Stein 74%
Hillary Clinton 73%
Donald Trump 58%
This time it said moderately Libertarian not Centrist.
Southern Idaho went back to red with the rest being green. Colorado went to green. Wyoming stayed red. Several dark blue (weakest support) lightened and the yellow disappeared from the map altogether.
I'm glad you did that because I was thinking the results could vary a lot depending on how you answer the questions on any given day, as well as listing the level of importance. There's a grain of salt that needs to be taken with these quizzes. What also isn't factored in is candidate's voting records, and history. I also think some people would answer questions in a manner that would give them the results they want. Kind of a self-fulfilling prophecy.
The only thing I thought was accurate was where I was on the political spectrum, it was almost dead center and ever so slightly to the left.

I think if someone agrees with a candidate over 75% of the time, that is fairly significant. I wouldn't worry too much about +/-5% when adjusting details. One can also go in and directly compare ones own answers with each candidates, that's probably the most significant information available. I adjusted some details around and when I figured in that immigration is not as important for me, Trumps percentage lowered a couple percent, that shouldn't be too surprising.
Clinton 73%, Stein 70%, Sanders 68%, Johnson 59%, Trump 36&. I thought I would align with Johnson more.
Unfortunately this quiz does not take into account the trustworthiness/character of the candidates. Including them, eliminates both Clinton and Trump for me.

I agree, you should compare the answers. I made examples of how they can still count but in a way they don't agree with each other a couple pages ago. I'm sure if I switched a couple things around, the ranking would be mostly the same, but different percentages.

Yeah well that would make it biased. I agree with you though on not trusting those two candidates.
