Saw him on Morning Joe this morning. First off, he is nothing like senile Admiral Stockdale. He is very young for a retired general. Came across as informed and credible. Obviously, he is most credible in military matters. His solution to Islamic terrorism is a NATO like alliance with Arab countries. This is not a new idea but for whatever reason it hasn't worked. The reason it hasn't is because many things that ISIS does is not too far off what they do in their own countries. Still prefer Newt. He has much more depth and spread, no pun intended.

He is very impressive. Trump has SO many good choices to choose from that it will be tough. I think Trump has been interviewing for all positions getting ready to move forward. Too bad he can't lend a few of his choices to the other side who has nothing but race and gender on their mind.

Retired general will always "trump" a fake Indian.
