Ok, lets assume she cant get those crowds, that logic still fails as she does not hold rallies in large venues. Its a hypothesis that has failed to be tested.
Don't forget that Bill became President with only 43% of the vote. Perot got 19%, but didn't win any electoral votes, so that's what did it. Bill got the votes where he needed to get the votes.
Can Hillary win with 40%? Maybe so, if Johnson does well but doesn't win any states.
If a few years ago I would've said it'll be close to a tie race with one candidate spending ~$50M on ads and the other spending $0 - everyone would think I was crazy.
Love or hate Trump - gotta respect what he's done.
I've seen very little pro Trump advertising in SW FL. Anytime a Clinton ad appears, I change the channel.
The greased pig gets the same treatment barry gets, they're not allowed on my television.
I think there may be a strategy in play here. Were I Trump, I might let greased pig continue to throw her (supporter's) cash to the wind, since she really isn't pulling that far ahead anyway, and wait until the last 4-5 weeks before the general.
Then, blitz the airwaves with my message. Being able to outspend, out advertise, and generally outdo the opponent on every level right before poll time. Trump doesn't do things with a "conventional" model.

I am in SW Fl and have yet to see one negative Trump ad. Must be the channels they run them on because I saw none.
I see negative Hillary ads from Trump's superpacs.
No, that's actually her preference - because she likes smaller gatherings where she can better connect to people and explain her policies and proposals. Like going to black churches. She did this in her first campaign for US Senator by going on what's called a "listening tour".
It's been effective for her in getting the word out and getting votes.

Well, we're seeing limits to this approach - Trump has neglected to put in resources for field operations and getting out the vote. He also has pooh-poohed data analytics which help target where to spend resources and efforts to getting voters.
And from a electoral college, state by state analysis, Trump is definitely an underdog, and his lack of investment in putting resources in swing states are going to hurt him.

Yep.
Anyone remember this?
Don't underestimate Trump. Everyone has so far and you see where he's at.
The adds didn't work for dynasty candidate Jeb in the primary and they won't work for dynasty candidate crooked Hillary either in the general. Like I said before and it is evident now, it's a waste of money.
I don't know whose adds I am seeing but you cannot watch the news without running into Hillary helping someone. But she always uses the tax payers money. They forget to say that. When it comes on I switch channels and guess what? There was another one running on the other news station so I switched to the weather. Can't get away from the Hillary adds.

its an argument you couldnt prove. fair enough ?
One could argue Clinton lost the election against Obama because Obama was able to make it appear that he had huge crowds of support.
Are you saying Clintons have learned nothing from their failures?
