First of all, we don't know that for sure. Second, the poll is who YOUR pick is.

True, nothing is set in stone until the announcement. After all, Mr. Trump has an uncertain temper, and he may become mad at Governor Pence in the next 23 hours or so.

As said in another thread, this could be a giant misdirection by Mr. Trump and those around him. The Indiana paper is reporting:

Indiana Gov. Mike Pence is Donald Trump's VP pick

I previously thought it would be Gingrich, but now it's looking like it will be Pence. I think he's probably the best option for Trump at this point. He needs a Evangelical conservative on his side, this will widen his loyalty base significantly. But it will alienate some moderates and swing voters.

Default Who is your VP pick?

I'd like to see Newt, but all indications now point to Pence.

That's actually the idea. Someone who can't outshine or upstage Trump in publicity.

I want Pence! He is the man. He stands for traditional values, and will support Trump with Law Enforcement, Border Protection, and support. Pence rode on bicycles with the police the other day in Indiana supporting the Blue.
He also stands against abortion and for traditional marriage which is great! Futhermore; Trump needs somebody cool and calm, to keep his poor manners in check. Go Trump & Pence!

Pence is fine, but man, I really wish Trump would pick more of a raving, backwoods rube to really fire up the base!

Someone who doesn't want to just build a wall with Mexico but rather a wall...AROUND THE ENTIRE COUNTRY.

Someone who wants to ban everyone who "acts funny."

Someone who will not only insult anyone at the drop of a hat but also punch them right in the nose.

Someone not poisoned by any sort of education or past intellectual activities.

That's the kind of DECISIVE leadership we need!!!!!!!!!! It will make us safe and bring us high-paying jobs.

Flynn is a warmonger he would push for 30k troops in the middle east All we need is more drone strikes less boots on the ground. All his vp choices would hurt him more not help him one bit.
