Hahah--yep, ole Bern-me is a real big supporter of Shrillary. What a sell out, his fans must be devastated
How many times did he bash Donald Trump? He may dislike Hillary, but he agrees with her positions on a lot more issues than he does those espoused by Donald Trump.

That's the bottom line.

The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

He clearly doesn't want to be perceived as a sellout by his supporters, many of whom still harbor hard feeling towards Hillary (and Hillary's campaign would not want them to see him as such, for obvious reasons). That's why they purposely took their sweet time for Bernie to endorse Hillary. It happened only after Bernie worked long and hard to "win" concessions in the DNC platform. You don't think it is a highly choreographed mating ritual?

The smartest strategy for Bernie would be to convince his supporters to cast a vote to stop Trump. The Bernie Bros are not going to all of sudden love Hillary, obviously. It would take time, and many would never be her fan. He doesn't want the Bros to tune him out yet.

No one would accuse him of being a sellout if he attacked Trump. Bernie just gave a full endorsement of Hillary earlier this week. He shouldn't go all-in overnight.

But ya know, a vote against Trump is just as good as a vote for Hillary.

Trump endorsed Hillary and donated money to her campaign for Senate. Enjoy the con

As someone mentioned, they never said they supported Trump. Big difference.

The VP spot has not been filled yet.

Poor Bernie, I'm thinking remember when you were a kid and had to take a liquid medication that tasted absolutely terrible. Even though you were being threatened to open your mouth and even though you were trying, you couldn't stand the thought of the bitter taste, thus Bernie's trying to "take his medicine" for the "party" that has cheated him throughout the campaign season.

I think he probably started to give in, somewhat, when the FBI *****-footed around with their investigation making up new rules for Clinton. Sad.

Why exactly do you feel the need to disparage and insult people who should be your potential allies? You mock Trump but you are acting no different than him IMO.

That must mean Trump is pure poison because Cruz, Kasich, Rubio et al. couldn't make themselves swallow it.

Not at all. They aren't being forced like poor Bernie is to take a stand one way or the other, and, frankly, Trump doesn't need them like Hillary needs Bernie. Hillary desperately needs Bernie to shill for her and try to convert his supporters to her plate so she can devour them and spit them back out after the election.

Bernie has really gotten the shaft. Cruz, Kasich and Rubio lost out fairly and squarely. Big difference in the Democratic Party. Remember when the DNC was hacked, it proved they were backing Hillary all the way.

Again, for Bernie. He is still resisting being another "victim" of the Clintons. At least, they let Bernie live, no accidents and no suicide by "proxy". I was truly worried that the Clinton crime family would harm Bernie, truly I was. Oh, maybe he was a "shill" the whole time?

Huh? Are you talking about "Bernie Bros"? Sorry, didn't know that was still offensive to Bernie supporters. To be honest, I wouldn't hesitate to use the Hillary counterpart of that term, whatever that is. I was simply referring to very passionate, sometimes over-the-top, Bernie fans.
