Here's how to cure yourself from TDS:

Shut the computer off.
Shut the talking heads off.
Go outside.
Breathe in some fresh air.
Go do something fun, something simple - buy an ice cream from a vendor, smell the flowers along a walk, go to the beach, read a good book in a park, etc.

Don't forget to drink plenty of water and get plenty of rest.
Not sure why you care how many times another poster posts?

Hey TWIS: Thanks for the suggestions. I needed to mull them over, so here's my responses:

Shut the computer off. Which one?
Shut the talking heads off. Never watch them, they're boring.
Go outside. It's 110 degrees out.
Breathe in some fresh air. There is none, global warming.
Go do something fun, something simple - buy an ice cream from a vendor, smell the flowers along a walk, go to the beach, read a good book in a park, etc. Trying to lose wight, ice cream is out. Flowers don't do well in 110 degree weather. Not many beaches in AZ. Try to read 2 to 3 books a week, but i do it indoors, did i mention it's 110 degrees?

All kidding aside, i think the computer ruined way too many of us from living a more "normal" lifestyle. But alas, the future looks even more bleak as technology becomes more ingrained in how we live and how we communicate. Here's the funny thing...i hate politics. It was big part of my work life and when i retired, i came to understand exactly how it worked. But that's another story for another time.

Thanks for the advice.
