Trump hit two home runs this week. He would ask Congress for a declaration of war to combat global terrorism. The second was the inspired selection of Indiana governor Mike Pence to join the GOP ticket. Trump-Pence is a winner for the GOP.

It was also a week where Hillary's polls were like stocks looking for a bottom. Voting for crooked Hillary is like voting for an ice sculpture. Once the vote is over the ice is melted and you are left standing in a mud puddle.

Opinions aside, a war on terrorism is as vague as a war on drugs.

Yeah lets go with Hillary's plan to keep importing all the Democratic voters, eh, I mean Muslims and Syrians.

What was that I read the other day? 1,000,000 Muslim imports by the end of her first term? Just think, if only 1 10th of 1% of those 1,000,000 Muslims had ties to terrorism (we keep hearing they are peaceful people after all) then that means all we have to worry about is 1000 of them attacking us and killing me, you or one of our family members at any given time.

Kinda makes you feel all warm and fuzzy ready to welcome these people with open arms eh?

I feel safer when a Republican is President because he doesn't refer to people who want secure borders as bigots.

Pence is great if your one of those big government social "consevative" christian theocrats who think "religious" beliefs override the constitutional rule of law.

For those who understand, no explanation is needed. For those who do not understand, no explanation is possible.

Right. Strike One: Congress hasn't got the guts to even do a AUMF on ISIS much less a declaration of war because they know the people don't want more war. Strike Two: Pence is a right wing nutter who got saved by from an embarrassing butt kicking in Indiana only to suffer one in the presidential election.
