Race relations were always bad. Obama just forced us to confront it.

He escalated it. He wouldn't be President today if USA is truly racist. His wife, Michelle would not have to sleep in a house that's built by slaves. I mean she could have told her husband NOT to run for President, so she wouldn't have to sleep in the White House. But no, she made a fuss after he became President and campaigned for it twice.

Why do you think a "celeb" is a more valuable, important speaker than a female, very successful astronaut?
so then why would Trump choose Pence as his running mate? Shouldn't candidates and their running mates be aligned in ideology?

Let's face it, Hillary could be a confessed mass murderer, and still would not be as scary as Trump in that office ! Can you begin to imagine how screwed up our country would be if that clown actually, somehow pulled it off ?

I don't know other than Trump said repeatedly he wanted a VP who could help him maneuver the political quagmire of Congress that passing legislation requires. Pence has 12 years of experience in the House. I'm still learning about Pence as he isn't someone I have followed in politics.

And no, I don't think Presidents and VPs have to line up identically politically. On the contrary.

Trump will concede with mean tweets, blaming everyone that isn't named Trump. He'll blame Pence, he'll blame the GOP establishment, he'll blame the media and Paul Ryan and even the Bush family for not supporting him.

He will get a new rug and go in the Witness Protection Program. His ego can't handle being known as a loser.

Still not as scary as Killary in the Oval Office.

Lets face it... the Dems could run a Charles Manson/Scott Peterson ticket straight outta San Quentin...

... and they'd still get the votes as soon as people saw the (D) next to their name.

That's how ignorant people are. I mean, they're gonna vote for corrupt Killary.
