The latest average polling data for TX has Trump leading by 7. Hardly a narrow race, and that number will probably become higher this week.

So basically, he is young, Latino and from Texas. Nothing about any of his actual merits to a heartbeat away from the Oval Office.

Picking a VP based on the person's skin color and his silver tongue is a terrible idea. And no, Texas wont go to Hillary!

I presume that with Hillary he will escalate HUD's war on affluent suburbs and being Westchester-style conflict to the rest of the country.

Than why support Trump? Castro has more government experience than Trump and Trump is running for the highest office in the land, not the VP.

Exactly, the inexperience angle wont work......Trump has NO experience, balanced with an Experienced Pence for VP........Clinton Castro would be a POTUS with Experience, and a VP with minimal experience, seems to favor us, or even at best....minimal experience and having a "bad" name didnt stop BO from being elected....

If you want a Hispanic with an anti-wall street rep, Tom Perez is a better choice. He is a bulldog on worker rights and has been a thorn in the side of business for time. That might be a disadvantage, though.

Nah! Not at all. They just want to give all Grumpy Old Men a monthly SS check, a hot meal on wheels if they need it, and the best medical coverage available.
You are aware that There are people who would like to take that all away?
