Actually, I believe Melania said she had "very little help" not that she had no help. Do you think people are not smart enough to google stuff and will just take your word for it?
there are clearly strong similarities and nearly identical wording in the video segment posted in this thread. she shouldn't have done it and guessing the speech was written for her. rather than deny it - they should fess up to it and move on.
seems like liberal democrats care more about this than blacks assassinating white police officers. tells you something of their priorities.
OK, they lied.
Big deal. that just proves they will fit in with the Washington Insiders quite well. Liars all, for sure!
That is not to say that I intend to vote for trump. His wife will definitely have nothing to do with the decision, though.
I will, however, most certainly NOT vote for hillary. trump's wife has nothing to do with THAT decision, either!
Melania's speech does appear to include three or four sentences that are very similar to Michelle's speech. I'm sure Mrs. Trump read Michelle's speech to prepare for hers, along with other speeches given by first ladies at former RNCs. I doubt Melania copied Michelle Obama on purpose. Nor did these three or four sentences come close to being all of Melania's 10 minute speech as some have claimed. Such hyperbole from disingenuous people, but not surprising.
Melania gave a great speech with grace and poise. She was very impressive last night.
I give credit to any first timer who can get through such big speech without stumbling. From what I heard, she was incredibly nervous before the speech, but she made it. The words, even if borrowed, are meaningless to me since she is not running for anything.
This sounds far more like plagiarism than the boilerplate language Melania said. Give me a break! Michelle probably lifted those words from Ward Cleaver or Mike Brady, or maybe some old Western.

"Very little help" or "no help"---that's what you comment on? Very funny that you didn't have any thing to say about the fact that Melania obviously copied and used complete passages from Michelle Obama's speech.
Have we ever seen anything close to the Reality TV that is this election year?
I feel like the good 'ole USA has turned into the United States of Amateurs, and that all future television coverage should be moved to the Cartoon Network.
