That bothers me. Does it bother any of you?

I feel that if he was more sincere about supporting his issues he might have a more optimistic take on it like: "Well I hope I am waking up people on both sides of the aisle and that congress may act on some of these issues I've brought to the forefront or the next president in 2020."

Perhaps he has a lot of skin in the game too. He went from someone that was popular to someone that causes riots when he shows up to deliver a speech.

Trump Says Anything Short of Victory Is a 'Waste of Time'
He's going through a lot to do this. He's sacrificed his brand, the campaigning is exhausting. He's free to express his thoughts about potential loss however he wishes.

Not to mention all the money he is losing!

yanno, I made the statement, once, to someone, that being married was a waste of time, and he says, no it was a good experience....and I said, "not being married to the person I was with". That wasn't a good experience at all, but it was my choice...yet, it was indeed a big waste of time....not to mention the suffering afterward...so I can relate to Trump's position.
