I have been around for many decades and there have always been people on Welfare, projects and depressed areas of the Country. And I do agree that there is an attack on the poor people in this country, and also the Middle Class - the top 2 percent horde all the wealth and privilege...electing Donald Trump would only make this far worse than what it already is. For people to think this rich, privileged Republican Billionaire is their friend and is going to look after them, you are so sadly mistaken, Trump doesn't even take care of his own employees and he is not the friend of the little man, he is the billionaire who is looking after himself - so the poor people on welfare, unemployment and food stamps that you speak of would only be a thousand times worse off if he is elected. He has stated before that he doesn't even think there should be a minimum wage.
(Believe it or not the amount of people on personal welfare usage has actually decreased in recent years if you check the statistics. On the other hand we now have billions of dollars going to Corporate welfare...far more than what goes to personal welfare...but the GOP is all for this!)
People losing their jobs due to the factory or company they were working for moving overseas has been happening for decades. Trump says he will fix this...but he has factories overseas making his goods just like the others...so I say that is a tad bit hypocritical of him...he is part of the problem, not part of the solution!
Someone should audit Trump's inherited properties, and list down just how much it has taken in from Section 8 Rental Subsides over the term since they were first built by his father. As well as look into how much HUD money his father either pursued or got, to build them.
Then tally up the amount he has gained from using temp. immigrants at his resorts and other properties, as well as how long he has underpaid people, as well as how many had to get public assistance even while they worked at some of his establishments, or had to use public provided medical services, because he did not afford them reasonable medical coverage.
Suddenly, once exposed these truths will further expose the split tongue talking that he's doing.
