At least Trump still has the support of the "Veterans for a Strong America".... that group of one(was he even a Veteran?) probably still likes him. I had thought Pence to be smarter than he is demonstrating .... guess not.

You don't seem to remember that the "fact check" was about her claims about what hillary did or did not do... so, the fact check was on hillary, not on the mother.
Nobody forced trump to tweet his crass response to the DNC speech, any more than hillary had to respond (and she didn't) to the mother at the RNC for her speech.

In all honesty, the Republicans continue to push to support a man who HAS DEMONSTRATED how terrible he is and how much more terrible he can be and given every indication that he'd be a "nut case" in office. This has to tell the world something about Republicans and it tells of their blind support, with a vain hope they can recreate the 1950's Confederate Idea and Antebellum styled systems.

One has to realize, for the past 7.5 yrs, Republican have done everything imaginable to try and "grid lock" the system, stifle the economy, trap and trip the political process and still Republican hold themselves accountable for nothing.
We had 8 yrs that led to two wars, a devastated economy, massive homelessness, and financial ruins that spanned the Globe and republican still live in denial of those overwhelming facts and accept no responsibility for anything. This shows, they pursue the down trending of American, all for the sake of their anguish because they no longer have a white male dominated America. It's about as sad as the Confederates Going to War with the North, trying to hang on to Slavery.
They don't care,- their thing is, "if we can't make it white male dominated, we will destroy it". That is the exact thing that was driving the Confederates during the Civil War.
A large segment of American white male, especially the older Boomers and the young they have infected with their Confederate aspirations within the segment of white society population of such types, has not changed much since that time in history.

One a daily everyday interactive society, the liberal minded white women and men are out being interactively social, they are in support of equality and support greater diversity. It is the Right Winger side of the White population, who continues to push in supporting a nominee who has been and continues to be a disaster in the humane spectrum, resort to childish name calling, and is driven to push contentions and madness. This is the head of the "Birther Madness", and his tone and his aim and intent has not changed.
He carries the mentality of a disrespect'or of equality, he has some negative view of black people to the point, he thinks if a Black man can be president, then he wants to be president. When fact is he does not have the tact, the professionalism nor the intelligence of any remote level of equal with President Obama.
President is not a Bully, does not stomp around daily on some mad rage and is not a war monger, not among the American people and certainly not on the global stage.
Trump filed bankruptcy behind building a few building, yet, President Obama has brought a whole nation back from the brink of being insolvent and from the brink of destroying the Automotive Industry and put the strongest controls on Banks of any of the last 4 Presidents preceding him.
The Confederate mentality within the Republican Ranks has always had a design of idea that they will gridlock, attack, confound and try and confuse the nation and bring it down if they can't have a white male dominated system. We've seen it too many times, and each time we've seen it has been during the time of the Modern Day Republican since 1969, the same year that the Confederate Minded Southerners left the Democratic Party and took over the Republican Party.
The truth is there for all to see- but as usual, Republican will go in full denial, and try and deflect the attentions from the facts.
They won't even take responsibility for the economic mess, but since they won't, I'll post the numbers.

When Former Southern Confederates could not lead the Democratic party into this madness and down the road of bigotry and racism, they switched up in 1969 and jumped to the Republican party and every since then, they have been trying to push Confederate Ideas and suck in the gullible to their madness. All we've seen is down turns driven by Republican Administrations and Republican Led Contentions, on Federal, State and Local Levels.

On the one hand, I feel sorry for the republican party... on the other hand, they are reaping what they sowed, and they deserve every minute of the pain they will endure.
The GOP better start worrying about the senate and governor races, any of them supporting Trump do so at their own risk.
