Tell that to the mother whose child must got measles because some nitwit "no vax" parent didn't vaccinate their child, and the child who got measles was too young to get the vaccine.

Now tell that parent why the totally irresponsible 'choice' that the 'no vax' parent made that their young child is no lying in a hospital bed with encephalitis. Tell them why they need to be worried about the possible death of their child from measles because that choice by the 'no vax' parent.

No, sorry, just like you are not free to shout "fire" in a crowded theater, it is not right to put all the other children at risk when that risk can be mitigate.

And don't presume I am not more qualified than Stein.

The last 8 4-way polls posted on RCP have Clinton averaging a 1.13% lead. Trump has reeled her in and it only took about 2-3 weeks.

All the doom and gloom hysterics during the 2 weeks following the DNC was a big waste of time. I predicted Trump would track her down but no one wanted to listen.

It is NOT a "personal choice" any more than driving while drunk is a "personal choice".

Failure to vaccinate your child puts OTHER children at risk - children that may still be too young to be vaccinated yet themselves.

Geeze!

RealClearPolitics - Election 2016 - General Election: Trump vs. Clinton vs. Johnson vs. Stein

Reading the methodology, you can find that the question was asked in this manner:
"If the election were held today, for whom would you vote;
(Rotate First Two Names Only)
Clinton - Democrat
Trump - Republican
(End Rotation)
Johnson - Libertarian
Stein - GreenIn other words, the listener would hear either - Clinton-Trump-Johnson-Stein
or
Trump-Clinton-Johnson-Stein.

Then the Trump & Clinton voters were asked if their vote was more against the opposing candidate, or in favor of their chosen candidate.
The Answers?:
43% against Clinton
37% against Trump.

Do you think asking questions the way they are influences the answers?
No by rotating the the Clinton and Trump options you lessen the chance that the order is influencing the respondent's answer. I do find the results of the follow up question interesting. It seems that more people who say they are voting for Clinton are doing so because they support her whereas more Trump voters are voting for him because they don't like Clinton. That would indicate that those voters could be easier to sway either to Clinton or a third party.

Default Nearly 1 in 6 Florida democrats prefer Trump?

Looking at the latest Florida polling from PPP, 16% of democrats are going for Trump. 19% of democrats view Trump favorably.

In comparison, 6% of republicans back Hillary and only 4% view her favorably.

So why are many more democrats backing Trump compared to republicans backing Hillary?

I find it hilarious how you ignore the last two paragraphs of the article !

"Florida might go either way this year but there are signs within the poll that are
good news for Democrats' long term prospects in the state.

Among voters under 45 ,
Clinton leads Trump 57/31, and when you extend that to voters under 65 ,
Clinton keeps a 50/41 advantage.

It's only Trump's 59/39 lead with seniors that keeps things in toss up territory overall,
but those voters aren't going to do Republicans much good 20 or 30 years down the line.

Floridians say if they had to choose between another four years of Barack Obama
or electing Trump as President, they'd keep Obama by a 50/45 spread.

I say Hillary will win the state of Florida and "little Marco" will be booted out of the Senate come November !

PS: eddiehaskell are you a Floridian?

You know President Obama won Florida TWICE right ?

Why are you trying to spin the topic of the thread to something totally unrelated?

Again, why is Trump MUCH more popular with democrats than Hillary is with republicans?
