His next words were "if she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do". Since she can only pick her judges AFTER she is elected, he is talking about AFTER she is elected and her acts as president. To show that the remainder of my comments are wrong and you are right, you must refute this first.
But since you can't, he was talking about the period after she is elected. And he was not talking about voting. That happens BEFORE she would be picking her judges. And he was talking about AFTER she is elected and picking judges.
Then he said "nothing you can do folks". You can't do anything about it once she takes office AFTER the vote, and when she starts picking judges. --Nothing to do with the vote.
Then he says maybe the Second Amendment people could still do something however.

Yeah, there's the quote, and it looks like word salad. Say what you mean, don't make it vague or complicated, spit it out. If, a big IF, what he was trying to say, "use your vote to protect the second amendment", then say it. Not this kind of inarticulate jumble of words that we have to figure out and his opponents can interpret and use against him.
