Barack Obama "is blanketing Ohio with campaign ads in a huge media buy that appears to double that of Democratic presidential rival Hillary Clinton."

This on the heels of a new poll, taken before last night, showing he has cut Clinton's lead in the state in half.

Obama has the momentum and the money. Next up, the nomination.

If he can take ohio and/or texas, chances are very slim that clinton will get the nod imo

Both states are must wins for Clinton. Most sources already have her behind in pledged delegates by about 150. She loses in either state and she would be hard pressed to pry more money out of contributors who have little good news to justify another investment. She would have a hard time winning over uncommitted super delegates, in fact they would probably start migrating to Obama.

I gotta say it's looking pretty bleak for Clinton. I think she needs to win both to stay in this, and at best it looks she might pull off one at this point.

The Obama people say no way she can catch up in pledged delegates. By their count, she would have to win 73% of the remaining pledged delegates. To do so, she would have to win Texas and Ohio by 30 points then Pa. by 40.

If they are correct, this race is already over. Unless the super delegates were to overturn the will of the Democratic electorate.
