That kind of dispels any action by Trump, who has constantly been told he should not be in a position to press the switch.

The Clinton campaign is either incredibly stupid, or just throwing stuff out there , hoping something will stick.

If Biden was running against Trump, he would win by a landslide. I am so sorry we don't have him instead of Hillary.

Well, then, I guess that eliminates the thought of Trump being so scary.

This isn't exactly like Joe spilled the beans on some dark kept secret or anything. There are all kinds of protections in place in the event of some major attack, most of which we will never know about.

Poor libs. They can't win.

As for Biden...he truly is scary. As is Hillary.

Can we get Hillary to promise not to put her launch codes on her private unsecured server?

And not to email them on her cell phone uncoded through foreign telecoms while in Russia or China Hillary style?

Think too much Rogaine has soaked into his scalp!

No kidding, it would create a massive crapstorm with the MSM.

There's Biden at a rally bragging about it and pointing out the exact person who is holding it. Then, you had Bill Clinton who actually lost his biscuit, yeah stuff like that can happen, but, he lost it and he knew it but he never reported it lost. If we'd had inbound missiles headed our way on that particular day we would have been crispy critters - literally. If Hillary hadn't been busted with her personal server and she manages to win, she'd probably put the codes on that server
And people talk about Trump not being trusty with it..smh

I'm not quite sure what the controversy is here. It's public knowledge that he has the codes. It's also public knowledge that in order to launch the SOD needs to confirm.

So... what's the issue?

I watched his speech and didn't see him point anyone out. He just said someone 'back there' had the codes.

A very special team, deftly camouflaged as one officer in the US military. Here's a photo of the football being handed from one team to another.

What Biden is claiming to be carrying is the nuclear biscuit, and, the President is supposed to be the only one who carries it, unless the President becomes incapacitated and can no longer perform his Presidential duties.
There is another set of codes with the Vice President - the Pentagon probably considered the possibility of the codes being lost in a situation where the President becomes incapacitated.

The O-4 or above holding the big black suitcase is not exactly difficult to spot in a crowd and has in fact been photographed dozens, if not hundreds, of times.
