I watched this too. He seemed to struggle reading the words and gave a ton of vague nonsense. He will give a test. What kind of test? Written? Oral? How will he judge the those telling the truth? Would a terrorist lie? Then, he called for extreme vetting. It's like no one told Trump what measures are already in place. He just cluelessly stands up and spouts off crap. You feel safe from these made up terms and vague, easily defeated tests?
His speech was pathetic and delusional. Same stuff as before. Try and scare everyone into believing things are way worse than they are then make the case for why we need a strongman, i.e. him.
