When American awakens to accept the truth, that Public Service Use is consumed by whites at a rate of 7:1(+) above blacks. and 3.5 times more whites use public service benefits, than the total number of the whole black population. and it is 7:1(+) when based on the actual number of black who use public service benefits.
When the truth of these numbers ever sink in the heads of Right Winger white society, then and only then they will began to learn about the current day (Confederate Groomed Republican Party of Today). It is not the party of Lincoln, nor is it even the Republican Party of the Confederate South, because the Confederate South Republican party was not for the wealthy land owners and slave owners, the Confederate Southern Democrats were for the Land Owners and Business and Slave, Indentured Servant holder.
The Confederate Southern Democrats, TOOK OVER the Republican Party in 1969, Under the President Nixon Regime, the same regime, that SET UP and planned the shipping of Ore Processing, Steel and every other Industry in Construction Materials, to China. Because they did not want to see minorities or women, become part of the Union and earn middle class income, in the process they made it difficult for poor whites and working poor whites to become middle class or remain being middle class, by shipping away the jobs.
The republicans considered the poor whites and working poor whites to be "expendable", as long as the goal of denying these jobs to be available for minorities and women.

It is time for American's to know the truth, learn the truths and begin to familiarize themselves with reality that they may know the truths.
Inner city violence was structured, by first packing people into "Projects", while the same society built suburban homes communities for white people. ( Study how Oakland, changed and followed this format after World War II).
The system knew that people would deteriorate when packed into jail styled Project's with poor functioning jobs, no jobs available for upward mobility, and minimal benefits available, and it was a set up, that played right into the Jim Crow Ideology to have means and reason to push a delusion that blacks were less than. It was a structured process. Which they knew would breed violence, high pregnancy, and high delinquency, as well as broken homes.
Even when minorities were able to struggle and get away from the project, they could go no further than a community which has been previously "used by whites until it was on the down slide of upkeep and maintenance, then they would allow blacks to move into these communities, ALREADY KNOWING, that over the span of 5-10 yrs, their income would not improve to keep pace to allow them to maintain those properties, and ultimately the community would fall, and the same Project conditions would dominate the community.
HUD, tried to help by "EDUCATING PEOPLE ON THE RESPONSIBILITY OF HOME OWNERSHIP, but it has been too little, too late for far too many communities. The people result to be trapped. Jobs left and people got older and communities fell down around them.
We have to face the truths, these same factors happen to many small towns white people as well, where their communities met the exact same fate, except they were often in Suburbs, rather than inner cities communities, so violence did not spread as rapid as like it does in the cramping of run down inner cities. President Ronald Reagan flooded these poor communities with Cocaine, and other drug, until the communities never knew what hit them, and they have sank further down, in a drug, violence and addiction spiral... The Reagan era drug treatment closed shop, the minutes they got all the well to do, young people clean and sober, then they shut down the clinic's and insurances companies became reluctant to pay for treatment, so addiction spread like wildfire, to bring even more disastrously dangerous drugs, to an unsuspecting society, chasing an addiction which is incurable, based on the concoctions which morphed to over take these poor people, both black and white alike.
These are TRUTH PEOPLE, pay attention, stop following the Jim Crow Mentality, of "slap down a minority" and pay attention to the reality, of how the poor whites, working poor whites, women and minorities have been slapped down by right wing polices and programming.
Right wingers are duped by Republican, because they always think, Republican are talking about minorities as being abusers, but if the Right Winger People pay attention, they'd find it is as much about them as it is about minorities, in what Right Winger Republican systems want to take away and deny.
52 YEAR AGO, Martin Luther King Jr, tried to explain these things to white people, but they were unable to hear and would not listen, they were too hung up on trying to push some delusion of white superiority and segregation, until they could not learn. Still today, its so many that still have not learn and then others who don't care to learn, while they wallow in barely making it, or swimming in "debt", to pretend they are doing well, and less than six weeks after a job loss, they wake up and find out how far they are behind, when the merchants demand their goods back, and lenders demand payment, or the end result is their credit rating is lowered, then and only then do they wake up to realize how poor they are, and the first thing they have been taught is to blame minorities.
Because Jim Crow grooming, taught them to NEVER BLAME A WHITE MAN.
