I'm not sure if eating fast food qualifies as a medical condition. Take me for example, I eat anything I want, but have no medical ailments. Considering Trumps schedule, it's very doubtful that his weight or diet are holding him back to any degree.
I'm not even sure you can claim he's obese. As he said, he's lost weight while campaigning. I'd guess he's somewhere around 220lbs. At 6'2 that might make him 20 lbs overweight.
