Does anyone know why the votes from Washington are taking forever to be counted? What is going on? I see Obama's ahead but it's close.

I live in Wash. state. Really know one seems to care, it's only a beauty contest, the delegates were decided in the caucus. However, almost the entire state votes by mail which may have a lot to with it. Ballots are still trickling in as they only had to be post marked by yesterday.
