I've never heard anyone in the know dispute that Clinton was the hardest working SoS in anyone's memory - maybe in all of our history. I guess it is just testimony to the fact that women can multi-task that she did all that and still had time to meet with friends and donors to the foundation that is the difference between life and death for ten million HIV/AIDs victims around the globe.
