It was indeed brave for these women to take the stage and tell their story. However, let us not fool ourselves into thinking that if a Trump Wall is built that children will become 'safe'.

Hillary Rodham Clinton, and others, have addressed the issue of violence against children in this country, regardless of the perpetrator's nationally. Recall that on average 7 children die from gun violence every single day (including, on average, 3 by suicide). They are not all being murdered by illegals, far from it.

Of course, if Donald John Trump had brought up the mothers of those children (20) killed at Sandy Hook, their message may have been a bit different; a message that his audience would not liked to have heard. Is their loss not as important as the other mothers loss?

It is akin to a boat with numerous holes in it, and one person claims that if one hole is plugged up, the boat will be safe. It is not true. It is misleading. It is Trump.

Apples and oranges. Illegal immigration played what part in Sandy Hook ? Oh ...that's right ....none.

Illegal immigration and gun control are different issues. Both can be discussed, each on the merits.

There is action that can be taken on both issues to the satisfaction of many people. It is the responsibility of the elected to protect American lives and put them first. This is what's missing with Obama and crooked Hillary. They are anti American and put the interest of other nations citizens before those that elect them.
Essentially make all Americans second class citizens.

Call it lazy, uncaring or catering to a special interest or agenda but we as a country should not be having such a big problem with illegal aliens. There is no way an illegal who gets caught then released for PC political reasons or one who was actually deported but simply walked back in should ever be allowed to do so and go on to hurt or kill citizens.

Illegal aliens are such a growing problem. Everyone will say "we need them to pick veggies to keep the costs down" but think about the costs to us all when an illegal driving a car crashes into another car sending everyone to the emergency room. Who pays for that when the illegal doesn't have car insurance? Who pays for the victims health care, the totaled car, the missed days at work, the pain and suffering? Answer is, We all do.

Terrible things happen everyday in America, lord knows we have enough homegrown criminals but why are we importing more?

Our elected have looked away from the illegal alien problem for years now out of fear of being labelled a bad name by the PC social justice left. Trump is calling it what it is and he is being crucified for his honesty.

Now, who do expect to speak for Hillary? She has to take what she can get. It is much more likely that a criminal's mother would support Hillary than the mother of a victim at the hands of an illegal alien. "Birds of a feather" thing.

Oh sorry. You meant that is sad that those mothers had their voice heard.
The left wants us all to believe that we can't live without those illegals and that the illegals are all hard working, law abiding, honest people.
I am sure these mothers braved the situation in hopes that other mothers would not suffer as they have, are and will continue to suffer.

Again, I feel they did this in hopes of saving another mother and her child from the same fate.

All illegal aliens are criminals and should be deported per the law. Get that, ALL. It is a criminal offense to enter the US without authorization!

I would just add to the ole crop picking argument that only 2% of illegals are picking crops and for those jobs there are unlimited visas for legal, foreign workers. Those who use illegals just pass their social costs unto we the taxpayer while they pocket the profits from their illegal workers for themselves.

The video of the rally is online and you can see at least 6 or 7 black people among the 20 or so visible behind Trump.

You do realize that if those illegals were not here than the children of these mothers would likely be alive?

Many of the perpetrators were repeat offenders and some already had deportation orders. The problem is the laws are not enforced under the current administration.
