She's saying the lie was racist. Now, because obviously your language skills are about on par with that of someone who doesn't speak it, that means the lie itself was based on a racial issue. In this case, Obama's race. She asserting that the only reason Trump started that lie was because Obama is black. And if you can't get that, well... you know what I'm thinking.
