yes, but Pence is part of the establishment...isn't he? And after picking Pence, Trump started changing his views, which isn't a bad thing, but.....
Trump has long been the darling of the establishment. That's how he gets away with beneficial bankruptcies, sleazy real estate deals, a fraudulant university and off-shore connections. What we have seen is lately is just a diversion, a carnival act to massage his ego. Don't ever think that Trump isn't establishment.
Well, democrats stand more for workers and republicans stand more for corporations. It's a class-based issue (like everything).
You mean what they "say" they are for? They are both puppet parties of the Money Cartel that owns us as slaves since 1913. Both parties are hard right-wing authoritarians who are anti-freedom and anti-human.
Low information voters?
To me, this summarizes Trump supporters and Trump's momentum perfectly!
It's clear to anyone with even half a brain that he is the least qualified candidate for POTUS than we likely have EVER had. This is someone who is aspiring to be the commander and chief of the greatest military force in the world and had no idea what the nuclear triad is in a debate and he had to be schooled by Rubio!
This is man who said with a straight face that his top foreign policy advisor would be HIMSELF!
This is a man whose ego is so large and so unchecked that he will listen to nobody but himself and he sincerely believes that he can learn nothing from the council, experience and wisdom of others.
As a private citizen, that is boorish and arrogant. As POTUS, it's dangerous!
But low information voters don't care! He's entertaining. He speaks in simple terms and he doesn't require any effort or thought among the recipients of his message.
This is a man, who if his low information supporters bothered to check, had predominantly LIBERAL positions on most issues until he realized the far right base would feed his delusions of grandeur and his ego.
Even now, he is already backtracking and flip flopping on his earlier positions because it never WAS about illegal immigration, building a wall of making America Great. It was ALWAYS about the care and feeding of Trump's ego.
It is amazing that anyone can talk about low information voters with a straight face while supporting Trump.
It is clear that he is doing this for EGO GRATIFICATION only and is DEPENDING on low information voters who respond to sound bites and entertainment.
What should be the final straw was when he was considering his VP pick and first offered it to Kasich as

I wonder how many low information Trump voters are ever AWARE of that exchange. It is frightening!
This is someone who either finally realized he was in over his head or he thinks that he can delegate the job the HE'd be elected to do. He has NO INTENTION of becoming more presidential or even learning the basics of the issues he would be influencing.

Well, his bankruptcies would suggest that he will accept defeat, at least when it suits his interests. And Trump U faced a setback today when the candidate's attorneys failed to get a judge to dismiss a plaintiff's suit.
But, back on the topic, I worry less about low-information voters, who can, after all, become better informed, than I do about the woefully misinformed ones. There's a cure for ignorance, but not necessarily for the other.

LOW INFORMATION VOTERS PERTAIN TO: Trump and Clinton Supporters, and others....if you take that personal, I'm sorry...but there are low information voters in all aspects of every presidential elections...
