I've no problem with that but it wouldn't prevent the vulnerability, which has nothing to do with voting method, mentioned in the OP link.

I'm not surprised that Arizona was one of the states hit. Election officials there have already once this year proven their inability to take tickets for a carnival ride let alone run an election.
