She can't keep her lies straight. She has told so many lies fabricating them over years of criminal activity. She is getting older and her memory isn't what it once was. First of all there is no such thing as "c". Go ask your military or give friends. Google it call a fed agency. That could be some internal thing like - but has no base at all ! Facts. Real facts

There is a c.

Each paragraph in a classified document has a classification designation. It could be TS, S, C, U etc. there are also markings top and bottom reflecting the highest level of security classification.

For example

(U) I don't see why people don't get that paragraphs have designation. Blah blah

(C) the news paper arrives at 0200. Blah blah

(TS) it contains this weeks coupons blah blah

So it would seem something got copied to the wrong place. Headers were apparently removed but the paragraph markers werent
