Democrats are registering more new voters than Republicans. Nearly half of all first-time voters registered since 2013 were non-white, many of them Hispanic.
Most of the "new Republicans voters" are the last remnants of the working class White Democrats who have been voting Republican in general elections for decades. They just changed their voter registration. They are not actually new voters.
