Potentially the most scathing and least talked about character reference from Colin Powell towards Hillary Clinton.

And yes...yes...we know he called Trump a "National Disgrace" which is obviously a reference to the way his campaign has been run--not to his to his 40+ years of wealth building and business acumen which is definitely why people are voting for him.

Now, when Powell stated "everything that she touches, she ruins with hubris" what is he referring to?

Is it her non-existant/ do nothing Senate Record as a carpetbagger in NY?

Is it her vote for the Iraq War, a position that neither Barack or Bernie voted for?

Was it her position as SOS that lead to the death of 4 Americans, including the first US Ambassador to be killed since 1980?

Was it her destabilizing of Libya which essentially became the home base and recruiting station of ISIS and a central threat to Europe and the US?

Was it benign threat to National Security by the open lines of communication provided by her desire to mix negotiations with her "non profit" and official State Department negotiations on a private server?

Or is it all of the above, or none of the above?

i thought it was pretty obvious... She will mess up and be so arrogant (hubris) that she will never admit she messed up and things will get worse from there.... Just look at her history, that crook has been so exposed that I am amaze how she can be ahead... But then Trump is loudmouth idiot and I can't really decide who will actually be worse cause none of them could be remotely a good candidate... They are competing to be the worse candidate... I can't vote for a crook whose husband frequents pedophiles... I am surprise anyone can...

Perhaps all of that?
But before you go celebrating I don't think Powell just meant " the way his campaign has been run" when he referred to Donald Trump as a national disgrace.
He also called him an international pariah and schizophrenic. And lastly he also said; "He appeals to the worst angels of the GOP nature and poor white folks.." .

So if you want to use Powell's thought on Clinton as a judge of character then forgot his other thoughts.

Well. If you are a true devotee of Colin Powell - then you cannot vote for Trump. Because according to Powell - Trump is a national disgrace (and NOT how his campaign is being run) as well as an international pariah. And worse.

Secondly, since you are quoting Colin Powell - he and Condaleeza Rice agree that Benghazi was nothing more than a with hunt.

Thirdly - Donald Trump was all FOR intervening in Libra and there is sufficient video footage to document that.

Lastly, I wouldn't even talk about 'non-profits' if I were you. We know now that Trump used his foundation to bribe attorney generals and such - which is illegal.

I don't think it means much now since Trump already has the rep for being a big mouth so; bad news against him won't hurt. The 1 who's now in serious trouble is Hillary; sooner or later, she'll take a direct "hit" and, that'll be the end of her campaign.

First of all, he's not a Psychiatrist. And he's not Trump's Doctor.

And second, that's pretty racist and classist. Really, poor white folks?

Sounds like he thinks Clinton is not qualified, based on actual experience with her.

And he really dislikes Trump, but can't come up with anything beyond hyperbole to criticize Trump.

None of the above.

Powell was discussing digital communication with his business partner and mentioned Hillary.

He was saying Hillary basically doesn't understand much in regard to technological communication

Of course, Powell’s comments struck a slightly more specific chord: in an email to a business partner he wrote, “Everything HRC touches she kind of screws up with hubris.”

Powell had been discussing the difference between how the two of them had approached digital communication while serving as Secretary of State.
