Makes perfect sense. He, Cheney and the dynamics are very similar. He'd be working for someone who built their wealth by virtue of falling out of the right uterus. Both of their bosses easily manipulated if not outright absolved themselves in the way of governance because they really don't much care or haven't a clue about the nuts and bolts of getting things done.
