I doubt that he will say it in public. Why would he? His concern is the destruction of the Republican Party, if Trump gets elected. That's why many prominent Republicans are voting for Clinton. They want to live to fight another day and the only way forward is to elect Clinton. No point in having some media event regarding his decision, that stands on its own.

lets look at the facts: Reagan was the last true Republican with a mandate, he won in both elections in landslides victories.....Reagan was so popular that's the reason BUSH H.W. won in 1988....that was the nation giving Reagan a 3rd term.
Since Reagan left, the Bush family has been running the Republican party in foreign policy and trade deals , the only ones in the W.H. for the GOP........so if the Republican party is in bad shape is because of them, the Bush family.
