Isaac Asimov had a pretty good quote: "There is a cult of ignorance in the United States, and there has always been. The strain of anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that 'my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.'"
In some of these threads, it also seems like "my theories are just as good as your evidence" is another popular line of thinking.
there's plenty of theories on 9.11, there is also a lot of unanswered questions, the 9/11 debate is a completely different thread for a different time, we can debate 9/11 if you want, but it seems like you're just accepting the official story as set in stone, some people aren't just accepting what they're told.
I don't think any of the theories speculate Obama was president in 2001.
no, because i wouldn't believe her anyway, i know she won't be tough on them, she can't even 'say the words' and she's not going to stop immigrants from pouring in over the borders, what she 'says' now would just be to try and get votes, her actions speak much louder than what she says.
I'm trying to figure out how someone can believe a candidate for the same things they say the other candidate does.
