Florida is just starting to mail out absentee ballots. Out of country ballots were sent this week and in country ballots get mailed out starting next week.
The link above only lists the registered party of people that are on the list to get absentee ballots and also tracks the party of those that returned absentee ballots. In Florida, more Republicans generally vote via absentee than any other party.
That list doesn't know show who they voted for. Florida doesn't open the ballots and count them until election day.
Registration for voting in Florida is still open and closes 30 days prior to the election.
Florida's schedule for mailing out absentee ballots to registered voters:
-mailed no later than 45 days prior to each election for overseas voters.
-mailed between 35 and 28 days before an election for in country voters.
Florida Early in-person voting starts betwee Oct 24 and Oct 29.

Waldo, how many times do people in the thread have to point out that you're posting lies before you wise up and back away from your OP? That story is not simply inaccurate, it is an absolute complete fabrication. Is there anything you won't believe? This whole thread is nothing but crap!
Instead of insults, how about we explain how it is a lie. Maybe then he will listen.
The OP's like is fraudulent because it makes the claim that voted have been counted. Based on the actual source material for those numbers, it seems they have not in fact, been counted; This is a link to party affiliation. Therefore, the OP has no idea who has voted for who, only that more Republicans requested ballots than Democrats.
even the 2012 Link is about party affiliation, not actual votes.
The Person in the tweet created a chart and labeled it based on a falsehood.
Could it be possible that all those republicans voted for Trump, sure.
O.I.C..... someone thinks that because more 'republican' requested ballots than 'democrat' requested ballots... it somehow translates into votes being cast that match the party of the requester.
But, unlike the primaries, where one may only use the ballot for the party in which one is registered, there is only one ballot (yes, they are different in each county because of the local stuff, but the national stuff is all the same) in the general election, and it is used by all voters. Combine that with the fact that the votes contained therein are not yet counted.. and it appears to add up to a big lie.
