Trump breaks all GOP records in small donor, donations to his campaign. What's even more remarkable, he's only been accepting donations for 3 months.

He now has the same donor base that it has taken the Clinton's decades to develop. (I wish Hillary would stop asking me for money)

This speaks hugely as to who has the voter's support.

The rest of the story....”Republican operatives said” not politico. Politico, "It is impossible to piece together a complete picture of Trump’s finances due to different reporting deadlines for Trump’s various committees. But as of the end of July, he had amassed $50 million in small contributions into his campaign, FEC records show.” In the end it may just be more Trump BS,IMO. Politico said,"Trump still lags far behind the pace-setting Democrats. President Obama raised an enormous $483.6 million in contributions of $200 or less in 2012, FEC records show. Sanders raised almost $202 million in small donations just during the 2016 primary. And Clinton raised almost $156 million in such contributions through the end of July, according to the FEC.

Well, we all presumed that no one would be bragging about being the tallest guy on a dwarf basketball team.

I've sent him back at least 5 empty envelopes that he sent me asking for a donation. You could call that 'small donations', right? And, yes, it gives me great, petty pleasure to send back his appeals for donations on his postal dime.
