Nononono. The cost had to be paid for by a charity. Funneling through a charity is simply an end-run around the embargo. And there's still the small matter of specific authorization, but we both know you're going to ignore that.

Calling out a hypocrite for hypocriticak behavior is hardly a "hit piece".
I'm pretty sure Obama visited Cuba as well.

And Clintons travel costs are also funneled through the Clinton Foundation. So whats your point? its ok for one, but not the other?

The problem is that there isn't enough evidence to show anything, and certainly not any illegal activity.

The very worst case scenario is that people when to scout Cuba for business opportunities for when Castro was out, and the embargo was lifted. Sorry, but nobody cares.

This isn't like say, blatant pay for play, or espionage that you dems seem to have absolutely no problem with as long as it the Clintons doing it.

I don't see your point. Newsweek sold for $1 in 2010 with the new owners assuming all financial liabilities. Newsweek did not go bankrupt and all debtors were paid.

Nice to know that Trump is in bed with Putin and the Castros. Birds of a feather... Let's see those tax returns.

When it comes to Cuba in the 1990s, yes. Very much so. You mean you didn't know?

24 hours ago there were 1000 news pages containing search term

Trump Cuban embargo

I just searched news.google.com and now see 11,000 matches.

Almost all 10,000 extra pages are covering issue of Trump's illegal attempts to establish a casino in Cuba in violation of the Trading with Enemy Act.

Imagine how many voters have now been informed of Trump's actions.

Of course he did.

Story to drop tomorrow in Newsweek.
He's able to deny so much since his brand is a yuge conglomerate. He's mostly a figure-head. Probably doesn't have a clue to most of what's going on under his brand umbrella.

Also, his campaign manager states that he says things that aren't true because he doesn't know if they are true or not.

Kind of mind boggling.

And, the liberals really care about truth? Too funny!

I never understood the embargo while we were trading with many countries that suppress minorities and women. And, with China, I never understood that when it came to human rights. So, I consider this, true or not, a non-issue. I an much more concerned about the well being of our economy and our security.

I see the Trumpistas have settled on the "That's called business, by the way" line of defense.
