As it certainly will with Hillary, but only if she is elected. If not, she will be immediatley relegated to total irrelevancy.
Trump, even if he loses, will likely continue to be a political force.
CN
First, since when has Trump been a political force? For years, he flogged the birther nonsense but I don't recall him being a political force for anything else. Do you?
Second, if Clinton is elected she will disappear into the WH and we won't see her for another 4 years.
If she loses, she'll be running for President until she dies.
Hilary stayed with her husband cause she chose to forgive him and loves him. Woman of your time had no choice. HRC could have left Bill and been celebrated for it. She would still have been Senator of NY and been running for President.
Not without buying votes. That's Hillary's "way of running for office."
Whether Clinton stayed or left is their business and no one else's.
Except for what it tells you about their morals, ethics, character, honesty, etc., when one of them runs for a political office that has tremendous impact on all of us and America in general. THAT's why "how they deal with such disasters in their personal lives" matter to the nth degree.
Decent women. Most of us lost respect for the Clinton's as soon as Bill ran for President and the truth started coming out.
The "decent women" contingency may have lost respect for Clinton, but his popularity among the rest of us was fine.
He may have screwed around on Mrs. Clinton, but he didn't screw around with me. Their marriage is their business, not mine. Those women knew he was married when they took up with him.
The economy was great. He left a budget surplus behind. Pentagon wasn't attacked on his watch. He didn't start any wars based on lies ...
In any case, it was years and years ago. I'm more concerned about the future, not the past. Is the guy asking for my vote an ******* or not? That's what I want to know

Seems Clinton deals with disasters in her personal life by following Winston Churchill's advice.
And, yet, he still won the election. Not only that, he won re-election. And, bill clinton is still pretty well respected. It's a wonder, eh, that there are sooooo many women (and men) who aren't "decent"?
Bill would never have won the first election if Ross Perot had not been running. Ross hated Bush and deliberately split the vote. The second election was only won because the Republicans nominated the wrong candidate.
It was Newt Gingrinch, the young republicans and the Contract with America that put America back on track...Bill took credit for it, but Gringrich and group forced Clinton to sign the legislation needed. Bill Clinton never should have been credited with anything except the fact he refused to sign necessary legislation from Gingrich's group at least 2 or 3 times until he had to give in.

"When you are going through hell, keep going."
Winston Churchill's advice was based on "if you are going down the ethical, moral and right path." When one adds the before and after statements it clarifies and restricts the meaning. Stand-alone quote without the supporting information are often totally misleading.

No, he did not say, "if you are going down the ethical, moral, and right path before the "If you're going through hell, keep going. " quote.
In fact, Winston Churchill probably didn't even say the "Going through hell" quote at all or at least it is not verifiable in any of the 50 million published words by and about him. The statement was placed in an appendix titled “Red Herrings: False Attributions” in the book “Churchill By Himself” which is the most comprehensive collection of quotations from Churchill. The editor was Richard M. Langworth, the top expert in this domain.
This adage is difficult to trace because of the malleability of its expression. An early reference appeared in a religious context in the October 30, 1943 issue of the “Christian Science Sentinel” journal of Boston, Massachusetts:
Someone once asked a man how he was. He replied, “I’m going through hell!” Said his friend: “Well, keep on going. That is no place to stop!”
Churchill did say, “. . . we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender.”
Which is probably closer to Clinton's take on how she is going to continue to fight to make this a better nation and better world.
Lord, I wish we had a lot more of her and lot fewer folks constantly trying to pull her down.

.
Sounds like Bill Clinton seeking a new batch of "interns".
