Our ruling
Hillary Clinton said Donald Trump "wants to get rid of the federal minimum wage."
She is right. While Trump has said he personally thinks the minimum wage should be higher, he has also said that it should be up to the states and that the federal government should not set a nation-wide minimum wage at all.

So why didn't Kaine mention that Trump wants the states to do it?
Hillary's running mate Kaine thinks he's the only one invited to this "debate" and only one allowed to talk. This is how the Clintons thinks, try to roll over everyone else that dare challenge them, it's all about them and he's turning me off, I would like to hear both but Kaine is p*ssing me off.
Yes, I noticed that too. He's not answering the questions.
By the way, why is the camera angled so Kaine isn't looking straight ahead? I realize they're both speaking to the moderator, but I wish he'd talk to the TV audience. I don't know why, but it bothers me.
Kaine said Pence voted against raising the minimum wage when it was only $5.15 an hour. That's on record, but Pence couldn't respond to it and kept shaking his head.
Kaine is pointing out that Pence pushed for privatize Social Security, yet Pence is denying his own voting record. Trump also wants to privatize Soc Sec and wrote about it. Kaine is talking about what's actually on record, not making up stories.
I can't multi-task, so I need to watch and post later.
