If she broke the law (which she most certainly did in her handling of classified material), then she needs to be jailed no matter who becomes president. The fact that our current president and AG are in her back pocket (see Bill's meeting in the jet shortly before the release of the investigation's findings) doesn't change the fact that laws were broken.

Yep, Trump actually thinks that if he becomes President he will automatically be able to do any little thing he wants, all on his own. WRONG !! There is that pesky little thing called the Constitution and, also, he does not get to make all the decisions on his own. He will have a Senate and Congress to convince and a myriad of other obstacles to overcome before any of his "ideas" would become reality.
When he says really dumb stuff like "On day one half the illegals will be gone (I paraphrase slightly)" it shows how out of touch he really is and how little he knows about American laws and process. He does not get to just wave his magic wand and hundreds of his minions jump up and bow down to the chief. Maybe in Korea, but not in main street America.
