The GOP is amidst a civil war right now. Every major conservative newspaper has come out and support Clinton. Republican officials are either denouncing Trump or won't defend him. And yet, somehow, Trump is suppose to unite the country all the while the Republican party is split like never before?

Nobody cares about the establishment. How many times do we have to tell you this?

He has screwed up with useless feuds (Khans, Machado) and the vulgarity. If he was on his message he'd be a shoo-in.

Did you even think about that response. The OP asked a question, and your other leaders are pulling away from Trump, he is tanking in the polls, so obviously someone does care. Logic. Use it! How many times does someone have to help you with that?

Because The GOP is dying, they have for many years. Establishment weaklings like McCain and Romney can no longer be considered the future of America.

I think the people trying to attack Trump on this fail to understand one very important point.

The anti-establishment candidates got more votes in the primaries that all the other cnadidates combined.

People will unite under Trump because most Americans are turning away from the establishment that has failed the country.

That is the attitude that will bring us President Clinton. Because the loyal 35% isn't going to win the election. No matter how much disdain you have for them, you need the establishment support to win. But for all his supposed genius, Trump couldn't seem to figure that out.

Trump is great at uniting white nationalist bigots.

It's everyone else he has problems with.

The "establishment"is the government --too many to change at once...you would have to vote all out of the congress -at once in hopes you create a new thought pattern... not going to happen,, the established rep party will now have to morph into a new something . It is dead and beginning to smell.
