the NYT is just reporting the claims of the two women. don't know where trump has a legal leg to stand on going after the times. if the story is false then the slander occurred with the women, not the paper.
i'm guessing that this case will end the same way trump's slander lawsuit against bill maher ended, with trump quietly dropping the lawsuit.
