No one is saying a plan was set in place in 2012. However, it would make sense that enthusiastic democrats would be more apt to participate in a political smear. They could lie and justify it as doing their part to help the country.

The democratic moral bottom is the tip of mount Everest compared to the duplicity and down right lies told by the republican organization and the internet weasels they unleashed that carry their message of hate, violence and separation from the American foundational principal, which is "E Pluribus Unum."
Plus the flap about the armrest. And of course, lol, CNN and MSNBC got right on it, floating pics of a DC-8 (the WRONG plane) to support her bogus claim. And here I thought investigative journalism was dead.
