It's interesting that, to my recollection (being in my 60s now), the N.Y. Daily News was, for a long long time, known as a stridently "conservative" newspaper and I thought that they still were. Yet the past number of years, I see them taking editorial positions that seem rather quite liberal (or seemingly so). And now this.
So, a question to all those truly "in-the-know" regardng this question: Has the N.Y. Daily News transformed over time into not being a conservative-leaning newspaper anymore but rather more of a liberal bent (like the NY Times)? If so, at what point in time did this happen and why did this happen (e.g., did they change ownership at some point in time and the newer owners are from the more liberal mindset)?

I believe Trump will soon become soo toxic to the mainstream GOP that they will actively attempt to shut down his campaign. He's becoming increasingly volatile and there's been rumors of a much bigger bombshell out there against him to be dropped before 11/8.
A landslide is the only way to shut the whiner up....
