Default So Obama is for NAFTA even though he blasts Hillary on it?

Obama targets NAFTA but says supports free trade - Yahoo! News (broken link)

I just found it interesting in the article how with the big back and forth going on about the mailers Obama sent out in Ohio criticizing the Clinton administration on NAFTA, that he's actually not against it.

LORAIN, Ohio (Reuters) - Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama assured U.S. trading partners on Sunday that he did not oppose free trade despite making increasingly critical comments about multilateral deals such as NAFTA.
...
But Obama, who would enter the White House with only four years of experience as a U.S. senator in addition to several years in the Illinois legislature, said his misgivings about NAFTA did not mean he was opposed to such accords in general.
....

He was asked here in Ohio would he allow companies to continue to leave Ohio and take their business to Mexico.

Well, he dodged the answer and would not allow the same person to continue to ask the question in trying to get him to answer.

I can answer it for him. Heck no he wont do anything, he is for globalistic ideals that will ship our jobs even further out of America.

He wont even answer questions at all on this subject and was even asked what would he do with the terrible trade inbalance we have. What he did say was his same ole line of crap, Well... I will sit down with them. Give me a break!

Destruction of America should be his new theme.

I would like to know EXACTLY what Obama plans to do about trade and NAFTA. I see him dancing around the issue but never giving real answers. What would he do?

Can any Obama supporters answer this? How is he against NAFTA but for free trade?

NAFTA is managed trade. Free trade would require removing all these agreements and let the market work itself out. Somehow, i don't see Obama being willing to do that.

I don't either -- so what exactly is he talking about? I've seen other things he's said about things being "fair" and this and that, but none of it really makes any sense.

He's stated that he's pro-business and businesses should be allowed to hire the cheapest employees yet he says he's against exporting jobs. Well, that's how you get the cheapest employees. You take the jobs to another country.
