I imagine that the hotel will begin to pick up after the election. For instance, I bet the hotel sells out for Ms. Clinton's inauguration come January 20th.
Of course, that begs the question: would a Clinton supporting going to the inauguration be willing to spend the night at the Trump hotel? Hmm.
Wouldn't it be a hoot if it turns out that the new trump hotel is the only one in DC that isn't booked solid during clinton's inauguration?
The memo has gone out today. This is everywhere but when Hillary disappears for a week nobody questions her wisdom or asks where she is hiding. To people who seem genuinely worried abut Trump, don't worry. He can stop by at his Hotel AND fly to a couple of campaign events the same day.

Donald has painted himself into a corner. His Trump brand has lost some of it's appeal, and the "supporters" he has hanging on to him are not the wine and cheese people.......more beer and hot dogs. His products have always been geared toward the elite, with money, and those are the folks who have abandoned him.
He thought this election would put him on top of the world, but it has not been that way at all. He needs to regroup and try to save his cash cow.
You know if the man wasn't such a d*** I'd feel sorry for him. But he is, and it is hard to have much sympathy. Have to feel for the people that have rolled the dice with Trump. Can you imagine if you owned or managed a property where you paid big $$$ for his nameplate? I am sure they are running scared, hopefully there was some protection in their contract to use the Trump brand to hedge their losses.
