Default Where is enthusiasm over McCain?

O.K., John McCain is the Republican front-runner. Where are all the threads singing his praises and talkiing about why he would be a good leader of our country? All I see are threads bashing Obama (and those of us who support him), and sometimes Hillary Clinton. Why is no one posting reasons to vote for McCain?

Seems to me no one is very enthusiastic about McCain for President. So they are spending all their time and energy bashing the "other" guys. Could it be becuase they not happy about or inspired about their own chosen candidate? I challenge someone to post all the reasons our country will be a better place with John McCain for President. Yes, we know, we know, he was a prisoner of war. ANY person who has served our country in the military is admirable and deserves our thanks and respect for that. Now, other than that, let's hear all the positives about McCain...

Oh, and while you're at it, list all the ways George W. Bush has made this a better country since he took office. How is the average person better off today. I can't think of a single one.

I'm a Hillary supporter but I'll be voting for John McCain in the general election. I'm okay with him because he's not too terribly conservative. He's done a lot of good things in the Senate too.

Plus, if you don't vote for him, it's age discrimination.

McCain supporters don't play online. That's why they vote for him even when they're anti-war.

One other thing: Unlike Obama, McCain actually has handled tough bipartisan issues in the Senate. There was the McCain Feingold bill which took 7 years to get passed.

Conservatives don't like that law. It limits free speech. McCain's not going to like it a whole lot either if the FEC doesn't rule in his favor.

McCain isn't a motivator. People support him because he's the frontrunner. He's going to have a hard time in the general elections if he gets the nomination. He's Mondale.

He is running on Energizer batteries. His speeches are more boring that Queen Elizabeth's. Why would anyone waste their time posting threads about him. Plus, if 70s is the new 40s, then McCain would have a shot @ winning GElection.
