Did the DNC hire that person? You know they love creating drama...they call it "bird-dogging" I believe.

Trump supporters do not care if a gross abuse of power and a miscarriage of justice has taken place . It gives them hope of winning the election, and that's all they care about . That a rogue FBI director ignored every single recommendation on handling the issue , violated standard dept procedure , made extraordinary claims without even so much as a search warrant , and acted in a manner that has appalled every single law enforcement head to influence an election on pure speculation does not matter in the least to the folks that shout racial slurs at their candidates rallies , call in death threats and vile insults to newspapers that don't endorse Trump, attack other Republicans with enough honor left to see how repugnant Trump is , and so forth . They have a chance , and if that chance came about because an FBI director acted irresponsibly and quite possibly illegally himself , WHO CARES? We might win now , so..... so what ?

What a horrible precedent -- what's to stop the FBI from doing this immediately before ANY election?

Yes we do care.

The worst cover up in modern history took place to prevent Hillary from being prosecuted for espionage.

Comey's action are not unprecedented, this kind of thing has happened before.

They have something. Whether or not anyone wants to admit it, everyone knows it.

The precedent has already been set.

In fact, it helped Bill Clinton get elected.

There is plenty to question from both sides.
I do think it is important to present evidence before people vote that may have them change their minds. The worse thing that could happen is Hillary gets elected then all this trash is brought out after and it shows that she is guilty and she cannot take the WH. Do we really want Kaine in there?

This is a messy election but we need to know the facts before Nov. 8th.
I have no problem with that, you just don't do it 11 days before an election. Comey himself even admitted that he sent the letter to influence the election which is ILLEGAL under a law called the Hatch Act, you can't break the law to catch a lawbreaker.

Somebody robbed a bank last week. Does that make it OK today?

What are you talking about?

The DOJ brought an indictment 3 days before the 1992 election, an indictment that was later thrown out.

The indictment could have influenced the outcome of the election.

I'm not sure why this walking joke with islamist ties (Abedin) was allowed to forward state emails (that are confidential by nature, even if they weren't explicitly labeled so) to her personal email accounts.
Why is there no software in place that would immediately flag such forwarding? Wow.
