Obviously Trump has a lot to hide. If Hillary is crooked this guy seems to be worse. He is incapable of releasing a single tax return while we all know he lied in his 1984 taxes by claiming fake expenses he never proved. Most likely there is much more, especially when he has filed for bankruptcy 6 times and claimed to have had a 1 billion loss in 1995.

New Evidence Donald Trump Didn
It was a joke!

Business people know that tax returns mean absolutely nothing. The whole idea is to reduce your tax burden to the lowest amount that you legally can, which is what accountants get paid to do. If Trump didn't pay any taxes, then it is the fault of Congress. Congress wrote the tax code, and Obama signed off on it during his first term.

If you really want to know Trump's financial situation, then you would have to review his financial statements, the type that he would have to submit to a bank to obtain financing.

These people would be incapable of reading a financial statement.

Probably because the media will use them against him like they did Romney. It can't help him, it can only hurt him. There is nothing to gain by releasing them. Besides, he said that he will release them when Clinton releases the 30,000+ thousand emails from her private server. The ball is in her court.

But that's not what I posted.

Trump declared fake expenses in 1984 in his C schedule. When he got asked for receipts instead of providing those documents he removed those expenses, paid the taxes plus penalty.

Do you understand what he did was not the fault of Congress? He lied. He made up expenses that never existed.

And thank you for your advice but I know enough about taxes to know that his personal taxes will release a lot of information about his financial standing. I have discussed taxes here dozens of times including Hillary's tax returns which are public but Trump supporters suddenly disappear when I asked them to review them. They have no idea how to read a tax return, all they know is that they need to repeat the false claim that his personal taxes won't reflect any information about his financial situation.

That happens all the time. People amend their taxes all the time. If you give the same tax info to 100 different accountants, you will get 100 different returns. The reason for that is because the tax code is too complex and there are a tons of gray areas that are quite subjective.

OMG there is nothing complex about a C schedule and claiming you had 700k in expenses that you never had. Do you understand what a business expense is? why is that complex tax code?

These were his personal taxes. You have no idea what you are talking about when you say that 100 accountants would have arrived to 100 different returns. Please don't pretend to understand taxes when you obviously don't understand how easy is to fill out a C schedule.

It is a Schedule C. That speaks volumes about your knowledge of individual income taxes.
